Abstract (EN)

There have been great developments in computer technologies especially in the last 10 years with the development of technology. There are difficulties in finding data previously, at present the problem of how to asses great amount of data is encountered. Especially, how to collect data obtained from different sources in different formats under a single framework and how to assess it has gained importance. The data that is difficult to process with traditional statistical methods is need to be analysed with special methods.Air pollution measurements are being performed by Ministry of Environment and Forestry and its stakeholders in 111 measurements stations. Data mining implementation has been performed to obtain meaningful and comparable results by assessing millions of data obtained by these measurements. Air pollution state analysis has been performed and put into service of decision makers, experts and researchers by using k-means method which is one of the non-hierarchic clustering methods of the data mining.
