Performance evaluation of cargo companies using data envelopment analysis

Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), is a non-parametric effectiveness method which has been developed the aim of measuring decision making units which is similar to each other in terms of their goods or services. With this method, the performance evaluation has made in many areas. Especially in our country the cargo sector is growing in recent years. Also the development of e-commerce have accelerated the growth of this sector. In this study, the performance of cargo companies were evaluated using DEA method. As a result of study, the active units has found and determined reference values for inactives.
