Abstract (EN)
Data envelopment analysis (DEA) is an application of linearprogramming that has been used to measure the relative efficiency ofoperating units with the same goals and objectives. Applications ofDEA have measured the relative efficiencies of hospitals, banks, courts, schools and so on. In these applications, the performance of eachinstitution or organization was measured relative to the performansceof all operating with in the same system. The program DEAP Version2.1 have used to evaluate the efficiency of units in this thesis. The goal of this thesis is measure the relative performance of universitylibraries.
