Özet (EN)
Data Envelopment Analysis is a linear programming based technique and it has being used to measure the relative efficiency of decision making units which uses the same inputs to produce the same outputs.Data Envelopment Analysis is used in various fields and as a result of being widely used, it has an extensive literature. This work includes Data Envelopment Analysis?s fundamental concepts and literature reviews related to Data Envelopment Analysis. This work uses the Data Envelopment Analysis yo measure relative efficiency of 20 public universities in Turkey with data of the years 2007-2008. Three models are created as using 11 input and output variables and the results which are derived from these models are compared with each other. According to the outcomes of the analysis, this work provides some recommendations on potential recoveries.
