The sample of study consisted of 120 mothers and babies, 57 of whom were experiments and 63 were controls. A sub-sample group consisting of 15 mothers and babies' 45 breast milk and 45 stool samples' microbiota were examined. IF, FCFRF was applied to the mothers in the experimental and control groups as a pre-test, stool and breast milk samples were taken. Then, the mothers in the experimental group were given nutritional training and all mothers were refilled with FCFRF in the 1 and 3 month after intervention and samples were collected again. Findings: In the study, it was found that mothers in the experimental group consumed more meat and vegetable in the mid-test, and more meat, vegetable and grain in the post-test than control group (p<0.05). It was found that the nutritional education didn't make a significant difference on the microbiota profiles of the breast milk and stool samples of experimental and control groups (p>0.05). Result: It was found that the nutrition education given in the postpartum period had a positive effect on mothers' nutrition pattern and there was no effect on microbiota profile of breast milk and stool samples.
