Law applicable to dispute arising from cash against documents

In this thesis, cash against documents, a widely used method of payment in international trade, and law applicable to disputes arising from this payment method is studied. In the introduction section, the general structure of the international trade and other methods of payment used in international trade are presented. Cash against documents and Uniform Rules for Collections issued by International Chamber of Commerce regarding this method are presented in the first section. In the second section, the determination of competent law for each relation between parties in case of disputes arising from cash against documents is studied.
