The effects of tribulus terrestris on sperm quality and testicular toxicity in rats exposed to vincristine

The rats to be used in our study will be randomly divided into groups and kept under quarantine for 10 days to get used to their environment. Vincristine will then be administered once a week for 5 weeks. After the application, 7 rats in this group will be sacrificed and semen and testis samples will be taken and evaluated. The other 7 rats will be kept for 5 more weeks without any application and will be sacrificed. Tribulus Terrestris group will be treated once a day for 7 weeks (45 days). The Tribulus terrestris+ Vincristine group will be given 2mg/kg Vincristine once a week and 10mg/kg tribulus every day. One day after the last drug administration, one of the testes will be transferred to formaldehyde for pathological examination and the other testis will be stored at -200C to determine the oxidative damage.
