A retrospective study eith a Vitex agnus castus preparation

Attainments on chemical composition, fruit, preparate and usage in gynecology of Vitex agnus castus fruit and preparates are investigated.A retrospective work carried on at a medical center in Kahta? Adıyaman on practical part.Routine gynecological surveys and ultrasonography exploration examined retrospectively of patients who both use and not use VAC preparates.In this assessment, diagnosis of painful menstruation, disordered menstruation, breast complaints, infertility, RIA bleedings of paintients examined retrospectively in terms of medicines and results.Consequently, complaints decreased or totaly migrated 91.2 % of patients who were used VAC preparate. On the other hand 17.7% of infertile patients become pregnant.It is predicted that VAC preparate is a cheap and no side effective medicine which can be used as a substitute instead of hormonal preparates which needs expensive analysis in rural areas.
