To this aim the design and construction of a measuring instrument that converts the mechanical and hyraulic values into elec trical signals was considered. Measurement of fluids through pipes and the measurement of fuel consumption methods has been investigated, a volumetric flowmeter that can measure the fuel co sump t i on on a moving ve hicle has been designed and constructed. The fuel con sumption is graphically expressed as a function of pump speed.
