Abstract (EN)
This thesis takes into hand of Immanuel Wallerstein?s ?Modern World System? theory on which he had worked for several years. Wallerstein defines Modern World System as a capitalist world economy and building up his theory through determining that systems has appeared in 15-16 th century of human history. Wallerstein tries to describe by modern world system which he developed that the origins of problems which appears in 20 th century, occured in 16 th century and the problems which appears today was first saw in those times in human history. Our purpose about working on this area is for that reason. It is trying to understand the historical periods which Wallerstein describes and understanding the ?chaos-crisis? problem from a bigger perspective. The purpose of our thesis is to analyse ?systematize crisis? problem as a deterministic consecuence of Wallerstein?s ?growth-collapse? claim by not the way of hole and deep discribing Wallerstein?s modern world system, but by the way of understanding historical origins of theory. For that reason Wallerstein?s Works are brought into center.Key words: I. Wallerstein, Modern World System, capitalism, growth-collapse, chaos-crisis
