Abstract (EN)
The topic of this thesis is the violence theory which is established in Walter Benjamin's Critique of Violence article and its results on law. The main attempts of the study are the determination of the position of violence in present legal relationship with regard to aforementioned text about analyze of violence theory and open human relations, which can be developed against it, up for discussion. Analyzing the experience of the meet points of violence and law, the role of violence on human relations via legal institutions and the results of it have became a research area in the direction of mentioned attempts. The thesis attempts to clarify the relation between law, violence, and justice and also to make a little contribution to the debates about the rules of human relation scheme.
