Abstract (EN)
With the use of information technologies and industrial activities, a new revolution called Industry 4.0 has emerged. Thanks to Industry 4.0; independent operation, large data processing, high information technologies, simulation, less cost, more limited space, minimum energy consumption, high speed production, security, minimization of errors, use of autonomous robots, tracking and analysis, instant error reporting and inter-object communication will be provided. The architecture developed in this study focuses on the application of Industry 4.0 innovations and technologies in the field of agriculture. Within the scope of this study, a web objects architecture has been designed which allows the wireless actuators and sensors to be dynamically integrated with each other and easily with the server, allowing the sharing of information and enabling the storage and operation of big data. Using this architecture, a prototype has been developed for irrigation in the agricultural area. The prototype offers a user-friendly and economical interface with device / operating system independence for the end user. The interface provides labor, time and energy costs for agricultural irrigation, rainfall uncertainty, general area requirements, water wastage, engineering services that can solve unconscious irrigation problems and increase irrigation efficiency. Within the scope of the thesis, information was given about the design, software and test results of a system with wireless sensors, wireless actuators, Internet of Things and cloud computing concept, and the operation of the system was tested during the five-month trial period. As a result of the research, it has been seen that the application of web of things architecture has been applied, and an independent system has been created with local hardware, software, server, and database. The generated system has been tested in the irrigation system and its efficiency and benefits have been shown.
