Web based telecommunications laboratory

Nowadays internet is the most common network which is important device fordistance communication. In this thesis, at the first chapter general internetknowledge and usage for distance communication was examined. At the secondchapter, components of the computer were explained which were used fordistance communication.At the third chapter, position of the distance education for the internet andmultimedia was explained. Because with developing of technology, using ofconventional methods decreases from day to day and the modern systems areused instead of old methods. The modern educational and technological mediaare used in order to realize a qualified education. With the to computer systemswhich are installed between the different campuses of a university, a distancelearning can be done easily. With this work, telecommunication laboratoryworks of the students will be easy and useful for their works before coming tolaboratory.
