Abstract (EN)
The problem of evil, one of the most fundamental issues of the philosophy of religion, is dealt with in the context of God's prior knowledge and human liberty. The problem of evil, which remains current throughout the history of philosophy, is generally evaluated due to changes in the extent of evil. The aim of this study is to overcome the lack of knowledge about the problem of evil in open theism. For this purpose, the works of Hasker, especially "The Opennes God", which is the main source of open theism, have been used. In the study, in the context of qualitative research method, interview, literature review and analysis related to the subject were made. From the tradition of analytical philosophy of religion, open theism, which arises in the context of God's prior knowledge and whether human freedom is compatible, offers an alternative view of the problem of evil. First of all, open theists who criticize the traditional image of God based on the Bible have created a new image of God. The philosophical background of openism developed by William Hasker follows a systematic and consistent path to the problem of evil. The fact that God takes libertarian freedom by taking risks because of the grace and generosity of God puts the responsibility on people against moral and natural evil. Processism, which suggests ideas similar to explicit theism against traditional God conception, is confused in many ways. Drawing attention to this problem, Hasker deals with the problem of evil, while comparing open theism with process theism. Hasker offers an effective solution to the problem of evil by developing a "free will theodise" in the context of the "human-world" it has created against the problem of evil.
