The social, political, technological and economic changes have influenced people throughout history. These changes also affected people's thoughts and attitudes towards working life. Tuhus Year after year and as new generations are involved in working life, it has become necessity that adapt to this change The aim of this study is to compare attitudes towards flexible working whose are members of the X, Y and Z Generations in working Eskisehir. Futhermore, it was aimed to examine the effect of demographic variables on attitudes towards flexible working within generations. This study is a quantitive research. The samples are composed of members X, Y and Z Generations who are working in Eskisehir. The data were collected by survey technique and statistical analyzed using SPSS 25 package programme and interpreted. As a result of the study, attitudes of generations about flexible working was considered positive. It is concluded that generation Y and Z have more tend to flexible working than Generation Z. Demographic variables and working style variables that affect the attitudes of the generations towards flexible work are presented.
