Comparison of management styles of X, Y and Z generations a research

Successful management in working life can be possible by understanding differences between generations and by management according to these differences. Economic, historical, political and technological developments and changes affect the structure, lifestyles, attitudes and behaviors of generations. These different attitudes and behaviors in the working life of generations bring up the management styles in business life and the management of generations. In this study, the characteristics of generations in the first part, general management styles in the second section, and the management styles and expectations of generations in a sample enterprise were interpreted and the management styles of generations were compared.
