Abstract (EN)

After the pressure of the Inner Asian ethnos, the Kipchaks left an indelible impression on all of the elements they contacted with on the politically active Eurasian line stretching from the Altai Mountains to the Hungarianlands. The political structure that was in herited from the Kimaks after the immigration, divided in to two ethnopolitical fronts as the easternand western Kipchaks, considering the Itil River as the boundary. The Eastern Kipchaks have become the leader of the Kimak politics benefiting from the political opportunity which was created by the chaotic atmosphere in the area from Balkash, to Itil, and with the dissemination made its presence felt in shaping the political order of the lands of Syr Darya, Aral, Khazar, Khwarazm. The Kipchaks were important in Asian politics as a playmaker in the politics which was shaped by Oghuz Yabgus, Seljuks, Khwarazmians, and Mongols from the XI century until XIII centuries during the time from Inner Asia migrations until the Mongol invasions.
