Abstract (EN)

Our work consists of social and political titles and terms in the geographies where Turkestan and Turkistan are related in terms of social and political history, in their respective states established at different times but in accordance with the cumulative progressive logic of putting history on top of each other as successor predecessor relations. The neighboring tribe, which has been intertwined with Turkish history and a more accurate discourse that has become an integral part of it, runs in a certain parallel from the 13th century on with the history of Mongol. It is obvious that, as of the 13th century, Turkestan is now wearing a Mongolian wind, while the Mongol influence does not appear in the 11th century, which is the beginning of the period we studied. Our work, which examines an eight-centuries process, does not seem to have actually taken up a certain date range and geography. Because the Turkish communities enter into Islamic religion, the customs of Islamic traditions, their application in social and political life, Muhammad's Medina City State, Rashid Halifeler period, Umayev and Abbasid state, and the structure of the affected Turkish states in the Islamic state system has started to change over time. It is observed that the administrative organizations and titles used in the Karahanlılar State, which is the first state which accepts Islamic religion in Turkish history, are shaped in the Gaznelians State and in the aftermath of the Persian influence under the influence of Arab and Persian. In the same way, the Harzemshahl State, which is trying to show the continuity of the Great Seljuk State, is that the titles it uses due to the steppe characteristic of Turkestan are few from the Persian-influenced titles and the state organization has the Islamic state organization. As a result of the conquest movements in the Turkistan geography with the emergence of Genghis Khan, the organization in the Turkish Mongolian State was shaped to the extent of the ancient Turkish and Mongol traditions but the states called Mongolian branch khanates after the death of Genghis Khan were influenced by the Islamic state system in terms of geography, and the names of the institutions. In our work, the titles and descriptions used in Turkish Islam and Turkish Mongol States have been examined. Unexamined Taxes, weapons, money, measurement systems, such as a few general information on the topics mentioned. Before entering the title and facilities, the divan structures, which are the center of the state organization, are mentioned in the context of the Turkish Islamic States. The titles and instruments that constitute the main position are examined in four sections, which are divided into Administrative, Military, Social and Religious titles and descriptions, which are believed to be more useful in this way.
