Abstract (EN)
The aim of this thesis, XII. and XIII. the aim is to determine the fabric names used in the 19th century, to contribute to todays cultural heritage by looking at the history of textile industry, trade and fashion from the perspective of the sources of the period. For this purpose, the main subject of the study is to determine the names of fabrics in the sources of the Middle Ages, to give information about the entrance, exit and productionpoints of the fabrics to Anatolia as commercial materials, and to lears the characteristics of the fabrics used in social life together with high level government officials. Here we have covered some of the traces we are looking for in the fashion of the Middle Ages. Clothing made of fabrics that have spread to our day has shown itself in the concept of "fashion".
