Abstract (EN)
During the reign of Gıyâseddin Keyhusrev I., who became a Sultan of the Rum at the beginning of the 13th century, thanks to Mecdüddin İshak, Sufis such as İbnü'l-Arabi, Evhadüddin Kirmani and Ahi Evren were brought to Anatolia and cultural diversity had been created here. In addition to this, he, who has a qualification of the teacher, was sent to Izzeddin Keykâvus I. as an atabeg, and took care of the education of the will be enthroned heir. He also served as an ambassador between them and the Abbasid caliphate. Evhaduddin Kirmani and Muhyiddin İbnü'l-Arabî, who were the friends of Mecdüddin İshak, whose influence continued during the reign of Izzeddin Keykâvus I, had effect were also seen on the state. Ibn al-Arabi also tried to influence Izzeddin Keykâvus through the advice his gave. It is seen that Evhaduddin Kirmani took sides with Keykubad during the struggle for the reign between Izzeddin Keykâvus and Alaeddin Keykubad and made efforts for Keykubad's accession to the throne. Another important event that shook the Turkish Seljuk State in the 13th century took place during the reign of Gıyâseddin Keyhüsrev II. As a result of the wrong policies followed by the Sultan, Baba İlyas was also involved in the rebellion movement. This sufi gathered the Turkomans in Anatolia around him and started the Babaîs revolt and shook the state deeply. In the Seljuk State, which came under Mongol domination in the second half of the 13th century, the influence of mystics on both the state and the people increased. Ahi Evren and Sadreddin Konevi, who were anti-Mongols, sided with Izzeddin Keykâvus, who had the same opinion as them. They organized the people against the Mongols and supported the sultan. Sadreddin Konevi also took part in the revolts that against the Mongol invasion in Anatolia. Hacı Bektaş-ı Velî, who another important sufi of that period, in general displayed a policy far from the Seljuk rulers.Hacı Bektâş Velî, only was in contact with Nureddin Caca, who was the Emir of the region close to Sulucakarahöyük, where he lived. He also had relations with another sufis against the Mongol rule. And this situation makes us to think that he is also against a Mongolian rule. During this period, the famous mystic Mevlânâ Celaleddin Rumi, who had very positive relations with state officials and also had different tendencies than other Sufi's, wanted to establish close relations with political circles. He had wanted to create an atmosphere of calm, because of believing that the Mongolian domination would pass. Among the people with whom Mevlânâ was in contact, there are many more people, such as Süleyman Pervâne, Fahreddin Atabeg, Alameddin Kayser and İzzeddin Keykâvus II., who are generally at the top of the state.
