XIX. Herat in the century

Located in the northwest of Afghanistan, Herat, XIX. Century until the dominance of many states. Herat, which has always been the center of attention due to its strategic importance and favorable opportunities, has been the region that not only local forces but also foreign powers wanted to seize. XIX. By the end of the year, powerful states such as Britain, Russia and Iran, which tried to establish dominance over Afghanistan and Herat, entered into the struggle with Afghan Khan in the region. Conflicts of interest between these powerful states have changed their ranks from time to time. XIX. In the second half of the 18th century, the Afghan administration came under British influence and entered into a great struggle to re-dominate the region.
