Ottoman Empire XVI. Since the end of the century, many institutions have begun to live in change, and these changes have started in XVIII. when it came to the centuries, it became more prominent. Particularly the breakdowns in the administrative system of the empire and the necessity of the financial troubles brought new applications such as iltizam and mansion system. Parallel to these, the acceleration of the mukataa process completely changed the administrative form of the stone. Such an environment has created an environment for the removal of treasury treasures in the provinces and for the establishment of voivodes in their places. Our work, the voyage of the establishment XVIII. Century Ottoman Anatolia and the Denizli Voivodeship which is an example of this establishment in Western Anatolia. In this frame, social, economic and administrative status of the stone was tried to be conveyed. In addition, Denizli Voivode Tavaslı Ömer Ağa archival documents, sherriya records and activities have been revealed through various studies.
