These two registers are related to 18th century and they are 47 years 8 months different from each other. The fundamental target of this study is to search the differences of the shape of the administrative division of Çankırı, its administrators and the changes about the economic status comparatively. We try to make the common and different sides clear in this study.Our study has four parts in addition to introduction. Introduction part informs the importance and true nature of `Şer?iyye? registers and also the difficulties that we have met. First part informs the origin of Çankırı name and short history of its reformation process. Second part informs the administrative division of Ottoman Empire and Çankırı. Third part informs administrative offices of Ottoman Empires and the names of administrators.And fourth part informs the comparison of different documents in two `Şer?iyye? registers. And the other comparison is the comparison of officially fixed prices.We tried to determine the changes.
