Abstract (EN)
In this study, the voted Gaziantepian parliamenterians in the XXIII. period and their in parliement political activities are analyzed. The conceptual framework on the concept of politics, history of the parliamentary system, 2007-2011 eras in Turkey, the geographiacal location and history of Gaziantep is also included in terms of social, cultural and economic view. The biographies and profiles of Gaziantepian parliamenterians have also been studied. Their personal data such as their marital status, ages, genders, etc. are studied in detail in the tables. In this thesis, the parliamenterians 'speeches during four years or their offers for a new article are also evaluated. It is aimed to explain the representatives' ideas on independence, unity and to show their contribution to Gaziantep in the XXIII. period in Turkish National Assembly. The biographies of the parliamenterians are prepared with the help of Turkish National Assembly archives, previous thesis on the subject. The speeches and activities of the parliamenterians are cumulated via Turkish National Assembly official web page and newspapers. The thesis includes the ten Gaziantepian parliamenterians in the XXIII. period during 2007-2011.
