Abstract (EN)

Unlike the concept of Turkish immigrants in the application of international law has a different meaning. Immigrants, a country to leace and go to another country with the intention of placing the person who is expressing. Of course, immigrants who have the status of foreign immigrants for the country, Turkish law is under the Settlement Act are having a special status. In this case, in terms of legal immigrants, foreigners, ?non ? immigrants of Turkish nobles? and ?noble immigrant Turkish as? can be subjected to discrimination.Turkish immigrants are not noble? awkward alien status. These migrants entered Turkey, travel and reside in and work in Turkey are subject to legal regulations applied to foreigners."Immigrants of Turkish nobles", then under the Housing Act and other legislation have a different status.
