Abstract (EN)
Titled as "Local Integration As A Durable Solution In Foreigners and International Protection Law", our study consists of an introduction and two chapters. Our aim to choose this topic is that "harmony" regulations are issued for the first time in Turkish law and there are no monography in this subject so far. In the introduction of our study, the definition of international protection and durable solutions in international law has been examined. The extent of local integration as a durable solution has been described in the first chapter. How some of the rights were regulated under international law and how some of the countries apply these rights has been described. In the second and the last chapters, durable solutions types and harmony regulations; how the rights regulated in international law are handled in Turkish law are explained.
