Abstract (EN)

Deportation is an exception brought to inviolability and security principle of the person in terms of foreigners law. In our study, the subject of deportation of foreigners will be examined in two chapters. In the first chapter under the heading of deportation of foreigners in Turkish law, primarily, the protection mechanisms developed against the deportation procedure and its relation to similar terms are to be touched upon generally, and subsequently, the arrangement of the issue in our domestic law and international regulations to which Turkey is a part are to be studied togethor with discussing the term prior to the one of foreigners and international protection law. In the second chapter, the reasons for the deportation of foreigners and the preventive ones against deportation, taking decision of deportation and its enforcement, recourse to judicial against the verdict and finally the implications of deportation decision are to be examined under the title of the deportation of foreigners in accordance with provisions of foreigners and international protection law, including the amendments brought by the Decree Law, No. 676 issued on 1 October 2016.
