Abstract (EN)

This research covers the recommendations of accreditation standards for teaching Turkish to foreigners. Internal conflicts in the region where tense conditions in international relations in recent years and the Republic of Turkey are due no migration movements. According to a safer and living standards Neighboring Turkey, which faces the high influx of asylum seekers has occurred. Therefore, as expressed by a number of mass million population living in Turkey continues to be unable to obtain acceptance from other countries. In order for this population to survive, they need to be in contact with the social environment and state institutions in order to benefit from human services. Language learning and usage has become an important need for them to realize this communication in a healthy way. On the other hand, the number of international student mobility in Turkey globalized higher education students who prefer to live in the world is increasing. Foreign students continue their education by benefiting from state facilities (scholarship), their own opportunities and various foundation opportunities. It is very important for these students to know Turkish in order to continue their education, to benefit from socio-economic relations and various services. Due to these developments, there has been a serious demand for teaching Turkish to foreigners. This demand must be met in a healthy way. For this reason, the aim of this study is to present quality standards proposal to the accreditation association in the future of Turkish language teaching in order to establish a perception of quality and institutionalize this perception in language schools providing education in the field of Turkish teaching to foreigners.
