Jewish and İslamic perspective of Promised Land

Holy lands still keep their importance for the three big religions. In this thesis, we try to indicate the point of views of Islam and judaism.Judaism and islam are about the idea of being chosen and promise of land. judaism sees the issue as an unreturned sacrifice and unbroken oath no matter what happens.however, İslam declares that choosing is dependent on the condition and as far as the condition is occurred, promise will be fulfilled. On the other side, judaism advocates this part of earth belongs them and they edit all their principles and rules are according to this idea. but islam considers it as a periodic taken and given process. According to Islam, other societies were chosen and they made deals before jews,but now this mission is taken from jews and given to Mohammed's ummah(followers)It is said that this part of land does not have a special spot but it is important because of the people they live on that land.Its importance is derived from its comfort and peace. Moreover, on this area, aim is to settle and inherit their religion and tradition. For this reason, Jacop left the sacred places and went to Egypt and for the same reason Our Prophet also left the divine city Mekkah and migrated to Medinah. In this region, main goal is that to live the religion peacefully and to be governed by own themselves. the reason of holy quran?s touch to this issue is not to approve but to correct the misunderstanding.
