In this thesis study, some properties of near rings and -near rings have been considered. In the first chapter, general definitions and theorems related to near rings and their derivatives have been given. In the second chapter, -near rings and their derivatives have been considered. In this chapter which is consist of six sections; -derivatives in -near rings have been investigated in first section. In the second section, -derivatives in prime and semiprime -near rings have been considered. In the third section, definitions and related theorems of -derivatives in -near rings have been given. In the forth section, it was shown that some theorems related to -derivatives in -near rings which were given in section two, were also satisfied for two sided derivatives. In the last two sections, section five and section six, general situations and related theorems of -derivatives and -derivatives in -near rings which were given in the first and third sections, respectively, have been given.
