Abstract (EN)

In this study, it is aimed to reduce the fuel consumption and exhaust emission for inner combustion motors using fuel consumption device. The experimental findings were compared with conventional motor performance values. In the experiments, a gasoline engine with 4 chicly, 4 cylinders, inner combustion, direct injection, spark plug was used in which the fuel consumption device was fixed on the direct fuel line. The LPG and gasoline were used as fuel. As a consequence, it was observed that the fuel consumption device was beneficial on fuel consumption and exhaust emission. In the first chapter of the study, the subject was introduced and novel literature samples with relation to the subject were given. In the second chapter, the experimental method was described while the third chapter tells us the experimental findings. In the fourth chapter, the gathered experimental results were discussed deeply and associated with literature. In the fifth and final chapter, the study was completed with giving the recommendations.
