Abstract (EN)

To avoid disturbing environment, using clean energy is compulsory. In addition, present energy sources will be supported with new and reneweable energy sources. Because of having high energy content and its features, hydrogen is seen as an energy carrier in the next future. The best way of extraction the energy of this carrier is the fuel cell systems. If fuel cell systems are used with such solar, wind, gas turbines as energy sources to build up hybrid systems, the obtained high efficiency and produced high quality electrical energy will be indespensiable items of energy sector. In this thesis, producing electrical energy with fuel cells and fuel cell hybrid systems was studied. Proton exchange membran fuel cell and solid oxid fuel cells that their technologies are fastly developing were especially observed. The hybrid plant used with this fuel cell was analysed. A hybrid plant model was simulated by MATLAB and the results were examined. Key Words: Fuel Cell, Fuel Cell Voltage and Efficiency, Hybrid Systems
