Abstract (EN)
The concept of Lean Six Sigma was formed as a result of the combination of Lean and Six Sigma concepts in the early 2000s. simplicity; the reduction of all waste in the process. Six Sigma measures the firm's product / service performance with sigma level. Target; to reach the products and services that meet the customer expectations perfectly. Lean Six Sigma provides better quality products / services, more efficient business model while improving processes; reduces costs and reduces waste. The goal of Lean Six Sigma is to be the customer focus. In this study, the application of Lean Six Sigma method in banking, which is the service sector, is given. In the banking sector, credit and debit cards will be examined from customer card request to end-to-end process until the card reaches the customer. This process should be able to meet customer expectations in order to improve the customer experience and provide competitive advantage. Therefore, in this study, it is aimed to improve the card delivery process by using Lean Six Sigma method.
