Abstract (EN)

In today's constantly evolving technological frame and escalating competitive environment, businesses are compelled to embrace more efficient and effective methods to sustain their presence in the market. In this context,lean production systems and practices have gained significance for businesses to maintain their competitive advantage. Lean production aims to enable businesses to use their resources more efficiently, optimize processes, and enhance customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is a critical factor for the success of businesses. Meeting customer expectations and elevating satisfaction levels are crucial for the sustainability of businesses. In this regard, analyzing incoming customer complaints and taking appropriate actions in response to this feedback enables businesses to adapt to the continually changing expectations of customers. This study investigates the impact of implementing lean production techniques on reducing customer complaints in a furniture factory. The lean production system aims to improve production efficiency by optimizing internal processes while positively influencing the reduction of customer complaints. The findings obtained will contribute to understanding how lean production techniques affect customer complaints by enhancing processes within the business. In this context, gaining insights into whether lean production practices provide a strategic advantage for similar businesses in the furniture sector will be crucial.
