Organization of fire fighters in fire fighting and research

Firefighters' fire intervention in fires plays an important role in shortening the intervention. Some of the parts of this process are the collection of information about the incident, the emergence of fire response arms, the general preparation for the future teams to help. Firefighting is an area in which the individual specializes in improving himself / herself during the intervention. Intervening in events requires expertise in itself; however, crime scene management is the concentration of expertise with knowledge and experience. There are not enough resources and studies about fire issue and fire management in our country. In this study, it has been aimed to determine the stages of the incident and the management of the incident place and to develop rapid intervention methods and rapid extinguishing methods. In our study, it was aimed to determine the business lines by separating the personnel who intervened the fires between themselves and then to determine the in-car order and to form the task distribution at the time of the event. The study was carried out with the help of the municipal fire brigade workers, Arff officers, military fire brigade workers, private fire brigade workers and one-to-one and via internet. Individuals participating in the survey were asked questions based on experiences, experiences and events such as fire response, fire organization, working conditions, knowledge and experience competence. According to the findings of the study, it is found that there is no information about fire organization in the country, there is a lack of equipment, personnel and information, and there is a certain disorder in the intervention of fires.
