Abstract (EN)
Damage by reflection means damage on any person except for person being affected by damage arising from an illegal act. In this case, damage caused by illegal act is the damage on a person who indirectly gets damage as a result of a person who gets damaged because of an illegal act.Key Words: Reflection, Damage, Compensation, To Be Empty of Support
