Abstract (EN)

In this study, the quantity calculation of each existing work item in the building construction, the man-hour calculations of the teams to be formed in response to the quantity made, the materials to be used in the construction phase, the creation of the teams for each work item, the work time and accordingly, the processes to be used in the preparation of the work program depending on the number of days and teams. It has been formulated by introducing the geometry of the product to be made and associating it with the existing material and equipment resource of the production to be made. Adhering to the item numbers specified in the unit price table published by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization every year, the use of materials, labor and machinery equipment specified in the table was calculated by the unit calculation method of each work item and the amount of materials, labor and machinery equipment required in the construction of the building. On the other hand, labor productivity was calculated by taking into account the seasonal effect, which is not taken into account in the work programs, the holidays of the teams to work in the production, the current weather conditions on the day of production and the month of Ramadan, and a work schedule closer to reality was created with the effect of these yields on the work efficiency. In the light of these factors, the ability to calculate the most suitable conditions between the completion time of the construction and the start time has been developed and the completion time of the construction has been calculated relatively close to the truth. In the studies available in the literature, it is seen that the seasonal effect-related labor efficiency and the holidays of the teams to work in the project are not taken into account. As a result, it has been tried to model the work schedule and follow-up table for construction projects as close to reality by focusing on the problems that were avoided while creating the work program.
