Total quality management systems that are used in building production

This thesis which explains basic lines of quality assurance systems ISO 9000, ISO 14000, ISO18001 used for construction production, project management, total quality managementmodels, consists of seven sections.Case study description, purpose, importance, scope and restrictions are given in Section 1.In Section 2, project management as per the baselines of American Project ManagementAssociation, is explained.Phases of construction production is given shortly in Section 3.Section 4 contributes quality concepts and descriptions.Total quality management models and principles are itemized in Section 5.Quality assurance systems used for construction production processes in Turkey, are given inSection 6.Conclusions are explained in Section 7.Key Words: project management, total quality management models, construction productionprocesses, ISO 9000 , ISO 14000, ISIG-OHSAS 18001
