The main purpose of this study is to demonstrate that artificial intelligence and open innovation activities add value to companies and society at different levels, financially and non-financially, with a conceptual model and a theoretical study. In this context, the basic hypothesis of this research is defined as adding positive and significant value to development in different countries and sectors that carry out artificial intelligence and open innovation activities. A comprehensive literature study has been conducted within the framework of this basic hypothesis of the research. Detailed explanations have been made on the concept of artificial intelligence, which is one of the research variables, and comprehensive evaluations have been made on open innovation based on the knowledge in literature. In the third part of the study, the holistic effects of artificial intelligence and open innovation variables in different countries and sectors were evaluated. Finally, the basic hypothesis of the research was supported by 2 case studies.
