Within the scope of the thesis, a user-friendly mobile application has been developed with the aim of positively influencing individuals' financial decision-making and financial literacy processes, facilitating personal finance management, and enabling better control over spending habits. In today's world, enhancing individuals' financial awareness, simplifying budget management, and regulating spending behaviors have become essential components of personal well-being. In this context, a mobile application has been designed and introduced to the literature, allowing users to record their new expenses, analyze their financial data, and benefit from AI-powered recommendation notifications. With its simple and user-friendly interface, the application has made personal finance management accessible to all individuals. As a result, users' financial awareness is enhanced, conscious spending habits are developed, and financial literacy is supported.
