Abstract (EN)
The fast growing of artificial intelligence systems and availability in all areas of life affect the patent of law as well as all branches of law. A set of innovations are needed both notional and application. The essentials of patent law need to be renewal due to the effects of artificial intelligence. Otherwise, the current regulations will be useless against what artificial intelligence yields. In this study, probable effects of articifial intelligence to patent law and problems caused by these effects were examined. The predictions in national and international literature are explained and proposed some solutions for the changes that need to be made in our country.
