Özet (EN)

Artificial intelligence has gained an important field of study with the development of science and technology. The field of artificial intelligence, which wants to reconstruct human intelligence in an artificial system, goes beyond this and takes successful steps to include the machines that can develop the cognitive abilities of the human mind and its multi-dimensional thinking styles as an indispensable part of social life. Therefore, artificial intelligence is not only beyond the boundaries of science, engineering or technology-specific research, but it is an important project that concerns many people. The fact that the field of artificial intelligence tends to solve the mystery of the human mind makes it necessary to examine other issues in the subjective structure of human. In particular, the mind becomes a whole with human abilities such as consciousness, creativity and free will. Based on these thoughts in this study, starting from the relationship between mind, philosophy and artificial intelligence, "Is there a mechanistic or algorithmic expression in the human mind, can the mind be reduced to a computer program?" are type of the questions which are answers sought. In the first part of the study, by relating philosophy and artificial intelligence, inquiries about the mind are discussed in the axis of philosophy of mind. Following the first part, discussions on the possibility of artificial mind are given. In the third part, based on the discussions of the possibility of the artificial mind, it is discussed whether human beings can have their rights.
