Abstract (EN)

The aim of determining critical success factors in construction sector is to balance two success benchmart that are time and cost. A good planning and a good managing from the beginning of the project to the end of the project directly affect terminating the project in an organized manner and in a given time. The total of both direct and indirect expense of the project is the cost of the project. This work is going to analyze the critical success factors oriented to general and construction projects and also analyze those factors to be used in Balanced Scorecard (BSC) evaluation. Critical success factors and time-cost indicators are real quideways when it comes to the company's following projects that are to be intended to be more successful. At this point the acquired datas as practiced in this work can be used in determining the company's strategy by evaluating through BSC method. BSC is a method of analysis that measures the company's success and that is also used as a strategic management pattern. In evaluating company's performances not only a financial indicators but also customer, internal process, training and development dimensions are Important and so BSC enables to analyze the performance and satisfaction from past to present and makes changes and decisions accordingly. Through the BSC model that is formed within this thesis, some proposals are introduced about how the companies may direct their strategies by assessing the results of the determined crtical success factors and time cost optimization.
