Abstract (EN)
In this study, using 20 mm thick and 100 mm wide wooden coverslips obtained from Pinus sylvestris L. bonded to each other with glue and glue together with mechanical anchors, wooden connection areas, whose clamping lengths vary between 180, 250 and 350 mm, general load displacement behaviors under the influence of tensile load were investigated experimentally. The general load-displacement behavior, shear stress-shear displacement behavior of the junction areas combined with glue and mechanical fasteners in wooden structures and building elements are highly effective on the capacity of the structural system and the collapsing mechanisms. Behavior of timber to timber connection areas is an important subject that needs to be examined, exhibiting different shear stress-shear displacement behaviors, which vary greatly depending on the mechanical properties, structure and type of the material. In the case of combining wooden building elements with mechanical anchors with glue and glue, a comprehensive experimental study examining the general load-displacement behaviors, stress distributions in the bond region and shear stress-slip displacement behaviors has not been found in the literature. Therefore, an experimental study is planned. Within the scope of this study, general load displacement behaviors of under the influence of axial tensile loads are investigated experimentally, which are connected to each other with glue and glue together with mechanical anchors and whose clamping lengths vary between 180, 250 and 350 mm. In addition, the effects of changing the number and location of the mechanical anchors used in the junction area on the general load-displacement behavior and shear stress-slip displacement behaviors were also investigated.
