Developing technology, continously increasing world population and energy usage, but decreasing raw material resources have made it necessary to research alternative energy resources.Thus, the productions and evaluations of semiconductor naterials discovered in early years of 19. century are getting more important. Today, studies on these materials have speed up, and paralely application areas have been increased.In addition to medicine, defence and electronic industries, especially cooling devices end thermogenerator (electric power generation with temperature difference) design studies are carried out. Today yield which is produced by using classic system is lower than expence of the energy. In this case scientists incline to find different methods to produce energy. While investigations, termal and electrical effect which are practiced on the some materials attract attention by this way to find materials for producing energy scientist work on it. Alternative to classic generators they find semiconductor generators (thermoelectric generators). Thermoelectric generators are formed with semiconductors and heat source. They are environment friendly and this system doesn?t need maintanance and care. Because of these advantages investigations on the thermoelectric materials started to increase . In this project, productions, research of physical and chemical properties and evaluations in thermogenerator design of semiconductor alloys with high maximum thermolelectric efficiency (Z) have been studied. Differantial Thermal Analysis- Thermogravimetry (DTA-TG), Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and X-Ray Diffractometry analysis of the alloys are confirmed before manufacturing thermogenerators. Finally, thermoelectrical measurements of alloys are done Keywords: Bi2 Se3 alloys, Sb1.5Bi0.5Te3 alloys, Sb2Se3 alloys, semi conductivity, thermoelectrical generators.
