Abstract (EN)
The analysis of motions and transport equations of carrier transport in semiconductors take great importance for development of semiconductor devices. The definitions and physical solutions of scattering processes such as necessary interactions for these analysis, electronic interactions, phonon scattering after doing definitions of band structure, impurity scattering are considered.To make simpler of these analysis computer simulations are used and by the agency of this possibility of study over the numerical values are found easily. For these simulations Monte Carlo method is used. Monte Carlo method applicable to carrier transport equations widely and easily. Therefore, calculations become simpler and efficient.After giving general information about Monte Carlo method, calculations are done about applications of scattering processes, how to adapt to this method. Some parts of Monte Carlo program which are used for solving whichever physical problem are explained. After that, calculations of motion are done thereby values of applied electric field on bulk GaAs, temperature and concentration of impurity are changed, comparisons and evaluations are done about the results.
