Abstract (EN)
In this study, a package program was developed to determine the relationship between systems such as ventilation, heating and cooling, fogging and shading of the semi-closed greenhouse and to make the necessary capacity calculations. Thanks to this program, it is ensured that the necessary engineering calculations are made at the beginning of the project in order to determine the interoperability of many systems used and to determine the priority strategies well and to decide on the experimental relationships between them. Especially due to the complexity of the hardware structure and climate control infrastructure, it is possible to design and make capacity calculations. It is possible to create capacity calculations and operating scenarios for each equipment to be used in this type of greenhouses whose aim is to increase production efficiency. In addition, it is also aimed to reduce the cost of the greenhouse by saving energy and reducing the investment power while selecting the systems. In order to save energy, temperature values both inside and outside the greenhouse were controlled. On the other hand, these calculations vary according to the region and climatic characteristics of the greenhouse and it is easy to recalculate each time. In such programs, the greenhouse is first modeled and evaluated according to the desired parameters. The computational domain in which the simulation will take place, the greenhouse plus perimeter, must be well defined. This domain is divided into small cells, which are control volumes, each of which is calculated a value for the simulated variables and to each of these volumes the conservation equations are applied. Rate equations define the transfer rate of a movable good. The computational effort required can be large and depends on the number of computational cells in the domain and the number of variables solved in each cell in the simulated transport operations. One objective of this study was to monitor the humidity reduction of cooled air with the help of an AHU.Removing the overheated air inside the greenhouse facilitates the control of the vapor pressure deficit, which allows the greenhouse to be conditioned by proportionally controlling the windows to provide the right amount of dry air using evaporative cooling without causing an unwanted increase in air temperature. For the simulation to be carried out within the scope of the thesis, the greenhouse characteristics and its environment are well defined and the equations calculated and created for the domain to be created and the variables to be simulated are selected in accordance with the control volumes to be applied. For this purpose, it was ensured that the domain to be created, the equations calculated and created for the variables to be simulated were selected in accordance with the control volumes to be applied.
