Abstract (EN)

This research's goal is to investigate creative drama education's effects on social-sensual development of 60-72 monthly children. While implementing this experimental research, 4 pre-school classes were chosen at Rahmi Akıncı primary school located in Malatya city centre. 6 ages children's class was defined as experiment group, and from rest 3 class, after implementing pre-test, as experiment group with social-sensual group, the class readiness level is the same was defined as control group. With the aim of collecting data, testing vehicle consisted of two parts prepared by researcher were used to obtain informations children's social-sensual features with demographic features. With the testing vehicle used as first and last test, children's social-sensual behaviours, gender, age, siblings, mother's and father's education level, and family's economic level were investigated as to variences. At research after first test implemented experiment and control groups' children, children from experiment group implemented activities can be helpful to children as to sensual-social development from Pre-school educaiton drama\ social-sensual development \ teacher activity book for 12 weeks, two times in a week. After activities children's social-sensual behaviours were investigated as to variences after last test impelementation. For analyzing these datas SPSS 17.0 package program was used, at frequence percentage and sub problems' analyzing Mann Whitney U test, Kruskal Wallis test, and Wilcoxon Signed Ranks tests were benefited with the aim of determining the differences whether meaningful or not as to variences. After research both meaningful and non-meaningful relationships were attached. Creative drama education's effects on social-sensual development of 60-72 monthly children 's experiment group's final test implementation phase reveal siblings, mothers' fathers' education level and family's economic level haven't effect, but research reveal differences as to gender. As for final test evaluations implemented control group and experiment group, meaningful differences was observed between first and final test. Experiment group's total points located in testing vehicle's down sides were changed positively, and meaningul differences were observed. Therefore, it can be said creative drama educaiton programs affected the children's social-sensual development. Variety proposals were suggested based on datas obtained from the research.
