Özet (EN)
Creative Problem Solving Theory, TRIZ, was developed in 1946 by the Russian engineer, explorer and science fiction writer Genrich Altshuller. Altshuller, along with a large number of followers who started this journey in 1946, has studied over 6 400 000 patents and developed TRIZ with powerful problem solving tools. Today, TRIZ's most known and used problem-solving tools, especially in the fields of technology, engineering and IT, are the contradiction matrix and the principles of invention. In this study, contradictions matrix and invention principles were used in problem solving process. None of the stretchers available in ambulances used in our country are suitable for emergency delivery cases. Placing a separate stretcher in the ambulance for birth cases causes problems such as decreasing the volume of the ambulance and the operational efficiency of the health workers. These problems are defined as contradictions. In this study, the problem was solved for both types of contradictions. Thus; It has been seen that solutions can be developed for the problems that are expressed in different ways by using TRIZ structure and approach. Both solutions resulted from the development of a portable plug-in that can be installed when the ambulance main stretchers are needed. The add-on is a portable foot-rest that allows the patient to stay in a position called lithotomy in emergency delivery cases. The plug-in design was made in Sketchup 2019 Pro 3D Modeling program. In order to attach the extension to the main stretcher, the connection apparatus was designed with the help of the same software. As a result, it was seen that TRIZ offers an effective, meaningful and economical solution in solving a real problem in daily life.
