Abstract (EN)
There are many causes of skin aging. Causes of changes in skin appearance include over time as natural exposure to the environment, histological and physiological changes. One reason for physiological aging is the repeated facial movements resulting from the contraction of facial expression muscles. Argireline affects wrinkles caused by muscle contraction. The muscles contract when they receive neurotransmitters released from the vesicle. Argirelin prevents the release of neurotransmitters and weakens muscle contraction and prevents lines and wrinkles. With histological aging, the skin loses its moisture and collagen content with age. Arginin is a natural amino acid building block used both orally and cosmetically. It is being used as a new cosmesotic. There are studies supporting collagen formation. Microparticles; It is preferred to give long-term active substance to the skin, to provide controlled release, to protect from environmental conditions and to increase stability. Bigels is a new carrier gel system consisting of a mixture of organogels and hydrogels. It has superior properties than other gel systems due to its hydrogel and organogel properties. The Arginin microparticle containing argirelin bijel formulation brings a different innovative approach to effective eye contour care. In this study, formulation tests will be carried out and optimization studies have been carried out for the most appropriate formulation. Developing a formulation with antiaging efficacy with systems containing microparticles of argirelin has been encapsulated to provide controlled release. DTK, particle size analysis, microparticle imaging and loading studies, rheology, viscosity, cytotoxicity, microbiological limit control, stability studies were evaluated.
